Jan Klerken grew up in the mushroom world. What for others is a product was his daily reality. Over the years he worked in various parts of the chain and saw how the sector became more professional and technical. What always remained central is the role of the grower — ultimately everything revolves around the person who bears daily responsibility for quality and continuity.
